pipeline and the units sold. When the index is above zero, the market
has a positive trend. Therefore, the
market is still in a positive trend. This
index only measures the velocity of the market, not price. As of today, index is 2.29 homes per day.
YEAR TO DATE COMPARISON:
Comparing the January to September period, we had 1,101 units
sold this year versus 982 units last year. An increase of 12.12%
